Since our Website offers both physical and non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read product description before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy:

If we have dispatched a wrong product or you want to exchange any product, then we exchange that product with the right one if reported within a 12 days time of the order date. After 12 days, no exchange claim will be acknowledged.

No exchange of Printed resources (Past Papers, Topicals Published by ourselves) is possible unless it's misprinted or wrongly delivered.

Exchange/ Refund Policy for Other Publishers:

Study Resources is also involved in selling other Publishers Books, Resource Material and products as well. But we do not take any responsibility for the authenticity of any book or resource material or the quality of any product, unless specified in Products description.
