Study Resources Shipping Policy

We at Study Resources take care of all orders to our best. Once the orders are received, it becomes our priority to ship that at our earliest. Generally, orders are shipped within 2 to 24 hours. We use all possible means to deliver orders to customers in the most convenient manner and as early as possible.

Delivery Time for Standard Shipping Option:

• We provide same day (24 hrs) delivery for orders placed from Islamabad & Rawalpindi. However, if delivery is delayed due to any unavoidable circumstances, customers are notified.
• Orders from across Pakistan, are delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
• International orders are delivered through DHL within 5 to maximum of 15 days.

Express Delivery:

We entertain requests for Express delivery with an extra charge, Since the cost of shipping is calculated based on weight and distance, please contact our team at WhatsApp: +92 31 111241116 & 7 or email at marketing@studyresources.net for quotation. However, Express delivery option is not available through Cash On Delivery.

Shipping Cost:

As a standard method, shipping cost is charged, based on the weight of order. However; a minimum of Rs.200/ is charged for all domestic Orders. Express delivery cost is charged at actual.

Conditions for On-time delivery:

We work really hard to deliver orders at your doorstep in minimum possible time, however some orders are delayed for some reasons on customers part. Please ensure that;

• You have mentioned your correct Name, Active Cellphone number and Complete address.
• You are receiving calls from unknown numbers. Couriers number will not be saved with you.
